This webinar marks the beginning of TACHS’s country case study series on Human Resources for Health. The first webinar of this series will present India’s experience in addressing the critical issue of sub-national health workforce distribution, drawing from both national and Tamil Nadu perspectives. The discussion will examine both the policy solutions and the processes through which they were implemented. By emphasizing implementation processes, institutional mechanisms, and practical lessons, the webinar aims to contribute to a regional dialogue on strengthening health systems.
